Because our products are consumable, we maintain strict safety standards. This policy outlines when returns or refunds are available and how we handle them — clearly, fairly, and consistently.
1. 60-Day Risk-Free Performance Guarantee (First Order Only)
We stand behind Kardia.
If your first order does not outperform your current energy routine, we will refund your first order within 60 days of delivery.
This guarantee is:
Risk-free
No need to return remaining product
No forms
No friction
No interrogation
Applies to:
First-time customers
Your first order (one-time purchase or first subscription shipment)
To request your refund, email support@kardialabs.com within 60 days of delivery and include your order number.
This guarantee does not apply to:
Subscription renewals
Additional orders after your first purchase
Promotional items or free gifts
Orders flagged for abuse or resale activity
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse.
2. General Return Policy (Outside of the 60-Day Guarantee)
Because our products are consumable food/beverage items:
Opened or used products are not eligible for return
Unopened consumable products are not eligible for return
We do not accept returns based on taste preference
For health and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned consumables.
Outside of our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee, all consumable products are considered final sale, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will:
Ship a replacement at no cost, or
Issue a refund to your original payment method
We may ask that damaged items be discarded rather than returned.
4. Subscription Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the frequency selected at checkout.
You may:
Modify
Skip
Cancel
At least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Once a subscription renewal is processed, it cannot be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for:
Processed renewals
Orders already shipped
Failure to cancel before billing
You are responsible for managing your subscription through your account portal.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Financial institutions may require additional time to post funds.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
6. Shipping Costs
If we made a mistake, we cover replacement shipping.
We do not reimburse original shipping on voluntary returns.
We do not provide prepaid labels for non-defective items.
Because we do not accept returns of consumable products, approved refunds under the 60-Day Guarantee do not require product return.
7. Chargebacks & Abuse Protection
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us:
Your order may be flagged
Future purchases may be restricted
Your eligibility for our 60-Day Guarantee may be revoked
Patterns of excessive refund requests, policy manipulation, or resale activity may result in denial of future refunds.

All consumable products are final sale unless covered by:
